Episode 81 with Lindsey Shevkun of Indigo Road Studio
with Dionne Woods
Today on PaintTalks, I chat with Lindsey Shevkun of Indigo Road Studio. Lindsey is a maker at heart, who loves art in many forms and mediums–including painting, weaving, cooking, and gardening. She is most recently working on wheel-thrown and hand-built pottery that is carved, brush glazed, and high fired with the goal of creating unique timeless beauty, engaging visual designs, and high-quality ceramic pieces.
Lindsey is incredibly detail-oriented with her art but doesn’t like details that are number-related and/or paperwork which is why she is married to a math teacher.
