Where Faith Leads Me

Original Framed Finger Painting by Dionne Woods

36" x 48" | Original Mixed Media on Canvas | Framed in a Natural Floater Frame

As I created Where Faith Leads Me, I found myself reflecting on the quiet courage it takes to trust what we cannot yet see. Faith has rarely asked me to understand every detail before moving. Instead, it has gently invited me to keep walking, one faithful step at a time.

Created entirely through my signature intuitive fingerpainting process, every bloom, pathway, and layer of color was applied by hand. There is no brush separating me from the canvas. Each movement becomes a conversation—a practice of presence, surrender, and trust.

Soft blush skies stretch across the horizon while luminous fields of expressive wildflowers unfold in layers of pink, coral, lavender, peach, cream, and golden light. Dark winding pathways weave throughout the landscape, inviting the eye to wander and reminding us that even when the road curves, it is still leading somewhere beautiful.

The title, Where Faith Leads Me, is rooted in the belief that some of life's greatest blessings are discovered not because we had all the answers, but because we were willing to take the next step anyway.

Whether your faith is grounded in Scripture, quiet reflection, prayer, or simply trusting the unfolding of your own story, this original landscape serves as a gentle reminder that beauty often appears long before we realize where the journey is taking us.

This one-of-a-kind original painting is ideal for collectors who appreciate meaningful artwork, contemporary impressionist landscapes, expressive floral paintings, Christian-inspired artwork, and fine art that tells a deeply personal story.

May this painting become a daily reminder that even when you cannot see the entire path ahead, there is beauty waiting where faith leads.
