Shipping and Policies

Welcome

Hello from me to you! My goal with my shop is to utilize my creativity in a productive way by finding or creating items for your home that will add beauty to your individual space. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for or have a special request, contact me! You never know what I may find or already have waiting to paint!

Payments

Full payment due before items are shipped. If you have a special request, please contact me before purchase. If you are paying with a check or money order, I will ship your item once the check clears my bank. I do offer layaway for larger ticket items. Contact me and we can set up a payment schedule. All sales are final.

Shipping

Orders for paint, tools, and merchandise are typically are shipped in up to 2 to 5 business days. Furniture and artwork may take longer to ship due to delivery zip codes. Expect 1 to 4 weeks, white-glove service for larger paintings and all furniture. On occasion, there are delays from shipping companies due to weather that are out of our control. LOCAL PICK-UPS
Email dionne@theturquoiseiris.com for local pickups. We are happy to coordinate a pick-up time and date for you.

Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double-check that you have everything in your cart.

Damages

Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package, we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases, you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos and name or order number to dionne@theturquoiseiris.com

CANADA
DIY Products and furniture cannot be shipped to Canada. If your order includes any DIY Products, it will be canceled and you will have to reorder without DIY Products in the order. Tools, artwork, and merchandise are available for shipping but expect 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
