Hello from me to you! My goal with my shop is to utilize my creativity in a productive way by finding or creating items for your home that will add beauty to your individual space. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for or have a special request, contact me! You never know what I may find or already have waiting to paint!
Payments
Full payment due before items are shipped. If you have a special request, please contact me before purchase. If you are paying with a check or money order, I will ship your item once the check clears my bank. I do offer layaway for larger ticket items. Contact me and we can set up a payment schedule. All sales are final.
Shipping
Orders for paint, tools, and merchandise are typically are shipped in up to 2 to 5 business days. Furniture and artwork may take longer to ship due to delivery zip codes. Expect 1 to 4 weeks, white-glove service for larger paintings and all furniture. On occasion, there are delays from shipping companies due to weather that are out of our control. LOCAL PICK-UPS
Email di****@**************is.com for local pickups. We are happy to coordinate a pick-up time and date for you.
Layaway Policy
We’re happy to offer layaway on select original artwork, giving you the option to reserve a piece you love and divide the purchase price into four equal payments.
How Layaway Works
Your artwork purchase will be divided into four equal payments, plus shipping.
Your first payment serves as your deposit. Once your deposit is received, the artwork is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability on our website.
Your remaining payments will be due as follows:
- First payment: Due at checkout and serves as your non-refundable deposit.
- Second payment: Due one month after your initial deposit.
- Third payment: Due one month after your second payment.
- Final payment: Due one month after your third payment. Shipping charges will be added to your final payment.
Dionne will contact you after your purchase and send an invoice when each remaining payment is due. You may pay your remaining balance early if you prefer.
Your artwork will be prepared for shipping after the final payment and shipping charges have been paid in full.
Layaway Terms
All layaway payments are non-refundable. When you begin a layaway plan, the artwork is removed from the website and reserved exclusively for you for the duration of the payment period.
If you anticipate a problem making a scheduled payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your payment schedule.
If a payment remains unpaid for 14 days after its due date and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway and return the artwork to availability for purchase. Any payments already made toward a canceled or incomplete layaway are non-refundable.
Layaway is available only on select original artwork and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
By choosing layaway and submitting your first payment, you acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable and agree to these Layaway Terms.
Refunds
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double-check that you have everything in your cart.
Damages
Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package, we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases, you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos and name or order number to di****@**************is.com
CANADA
DIY Products and furniture cannot be shipped to Canada. If your order includes any DIY Products, it will be canceled and you will have to reorder without DIY Products in the order. Tools, artwork, and merchandise are available for shipping but expect 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
