Terms & Conditions for The Creative Connection

Welcome to The Creative Connection! By joining this membership community, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Membership Details

The Creative Connection is a monthly membership group owned and operated by Dionne Woods of The Turquoise Iris. This membership is open to adults of all backgrounds, with many members being women.

By joining, members receive:

• Access to a private Facebook group
• Live painting sessions with Dionne Woods
• Book club discussions
• Heart Talks (inspirational and mindset-focused conversations)
• Group coaching and trainings
• Access to all past content and trainings

2. Payment & Subscription

• Membership costs $37 per month or $370 annually.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
• All sales are final.
• Refunds are not provided after 30 days from the date of a renewal charge.

3. Group Rules & Member Conduct

To maintain a welcoming and positive community, members must follow these guidelines:

• Be kind, courteous, and respectful to all members.
• No screenshots – The group is private, and all content should remain within the community.
• No self-promotion or solicitation – Members may not promote their own businesses, products, or services within the group.

Violations:

• A first violation will result in a warning.
• Continued violations will result in removal from the membership without a refund.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

• All content within The Creative Connection (videos, trainings, discussions, materials, etc.) is the intellectual property of Dionne Woods of The Turquoise Iris. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the group.
• Members retain full rights to their own artwork created within the community.
• By participating in discussions or posting comments, members grant Dionne Woods of The Turquoise Iris the right to use their comments for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Member data is stored on Stripe and Facebook and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
• We ask that members respect each other’s privacy by keeping conversations and shared personal experiences within the group confidential.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The Creative Connection does not provide legal, financial, or professional business advice.
• This membership is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.
• Dionne Woods and The Turquoise Iris are not liable for any business or personal decisions made based on the content shared in this membership.
• Participation in The Creative Connection is voluntary, and members agree to hold Dionne Woods and The Turquoise Iris harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their membership experience.

7. Membership Termination & Changes to Terms

• Members may cancel their membership by completing this form or emailing di****@**************is.com.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
